What I’m most proud of is often being told my colleagues appreciate working with me. Not to brag (or well, that’s exactly what I’m doing) one Engineering manager recently said ”I think you are one of the most talented designers I’ve worked with. You don’t just do design, but you’re also very skilled in finding out what we should build”.

Next to having a solid strategy for product discovery, I value psychological safety within the team and having a good team spirit. Team members who don’t feel safe, will never explore new ideas. And people who are bored cannot focus. I really enjoy exploring how we as a team can can improve our ways of working.

That’s me!

In my spare time I run a blog about everyday stuff, mostly related to a sustainable lifestyle. I myself am always surprised to learn around 5 – 6 k visitors pop in every month. I live in an old house in in an old neighborhood in an old suburb to Stockholm, something I find very romantic. I love old stuff, and if ever there is was a William Morris-fanclub, I must’ve been the president. Some say I decorate my house like a ”poor, british lord”. I have two wild kids, an adorable husband and a well trained cat named Kjell.
